All experience is good experience, if they can place on your resume. If you are a web master contract, while working as a SEO in another company, so it is a bit more complicated to describe how some employers look down on 2 posts work at the same time (even if in this economy we may have two jobs at once). You definitely have to have all of your experience. Webmaster and SEO are skill very nice to have. It's probably better to have a paragraph in the CV of each of their jobs, then can you explain who worked as SEO and not hired as webmaster.
